Our sauces are homemade in-house from scratch. The recipes for both our spaghetti sauce and pizza sauce have been passed down from the Original Brother’s and stay true to Italian Cuisine. We cut and blend fresh vegetables to create a beautifully textured and flavorful base. From there we use an array of organic herbs and spices to add unique flavor and to give our signature taste. We slow cook our veggies and slowly add the herbs and spices throughout the process to create a beautifully emulsified final product.

At the Original Brother’s Pizza, we know how much of a difference fresh dough makes. We do 2-3 batches a day at each of our locations, so the quality and freshness of the dough always takes the spotlight. We hand roll the dough which is used not only for our pizza, but also for our subs, pepperoni rolls, salad bread, burger buns, and cinnamon sticks. Yes you read that right… we make fresh cinnamon sticks! We know how necessary a sweet treat is after your meal. Or before your meal… or even FOR your meal. We don’t judge.

Made from scratch using recipes handed down from generations.  Every batch is made fresh from top to bottom by Ed, the owner and the only person who knows the original recipe. Unfortunately, we can’t share much more about the process here… top secret information and all. Come in and grab a piece, though – we promise you won’t regret it.
